Article 41 of the Saudi Labor Law includes all workers in establishments and sectors affected by the precautionary measures taken to curb the spread of Covid-19 and that are mentioned in Article 5 of Labor law.- Article 41 allows employers to reduce salaries, setting annual leaves and granting unpaid leaves for a period of 6 months due to the coronavirus pandemic, now this extended to 9 months.
